Cariboo Rose Resources Appoints New Director and Grants Stock Option

 Cariboo Rose Resources is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert (Bob) Johnston to the Board of Directors of Cariboo Rose, effective November 25, 2009, and the granting of a stock option for the purchase of 75,000 shares of the Company at $0.18 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and has worked as an exploration geologist for over twenty-five years. He has extensive experience working on gold and base metal projects in BC, Yukon and in Central America for various companies including Archer Cathro, Lacana and BHP. He is presently involved as project geologist on a number of properties for Cariboo Rose, and its sister company, Eastfield Resources.

Bill Morton, President and CEO of Cariboo Rose, commented, "Bob's broad exploration background and his knowledge of mineral exploration in British Columbia will be a great asset to Cariboo Rose going forward."
